HF – high-frequency current welding. This welding type has interesting specifications due to very small fusion zone and absence of heat-affected (close to fusion) zone. Heating of edges is even along the full width, and speed of temperature increase up to fusion – about 1100 sec. From geometrical point of view, seam upset is solid and straight both inside and outside.TIG – tungsten inert-gas welding without filler. Tig weld is thick and uniform, without cavities and abscesses. Weld durability is equal to durability of pipe material. |
